We work with other professionals in a team approach, where required, to support your health and well-being journey. We specialise in innovative, personalised therapy for children and families and utilise the latest research-backed methods. Therapy empowers children and families to address a range of challenges, such as;  aggression, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, social skills, grief, trauma, motivation, and confidence.

We also work with organisations and professionals so that they can develop better relationships, systems and skills to keep improving the outcomes everyone wants for the children, young people and families in our society.

All the practitioners working with Navigate Psychology are professionally registered, accessing professional supervision, operate under a code of ethics and are committed to continuing professional development.

Lets work together to understand the issues, create a collaborative plan and navigate towards better health and well-being.
